COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martin-decker Totco E136-21 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microsonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Namco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrix such as the 10430101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ICS25DDQP manufactured by Microsonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Microsonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE51010440 by Manufacturer Namco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Migatron-Corp Brand RPS426A80 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler such as inpro4800 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C201 made by Middex-Electronic as well as the popular RPS original spares produced by Migatron-Corp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EP08500BH120 by Micro-Measurements and inpro4800 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GHS0030UD602DE4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mts. |
